The story of this poster which was done in our typography MGx class at ArtCenter College of Design was about annual typography seminar at the Cooper Union in New York City. There were some important facts that should not be overlooked, such as noticing posters will be set up on New York subway wall.
I knew that subway in NYC is pretty much crowded, so I tried to create a very simple image to help people to see it at first glance. That was, actually, the main concept of my poster.
The most challenging part was finding a suitable composition that not only makes it readable but also attractive.
