Journey Mapping by Participant
Research participants (volunteers who collect the surveys) created their journey maps as a tool to discuss their experience of survey collection.
Journey Mapping Compiled
All the journey maps were compiled into one large map. It included positive and negative aspects of the process, experiences with homeless people, stakeholders and their relationships in the context of homeless count.
The infographic uses this map as a base to visualise Homeless Counting Process.
