The "Terras de Koló" farm, in Cacuso district, northern Malanje province of Angola, is a new concept
of condominium as it stands for people that want to enjoy country life style with a luxury twist.
The common areas, amenities and utilities are managed collectively by the owners, but each owner can
personalize his own land parcel as he pleases.
The logo features the topographic marks to create a strong symbol representing african territory in an expressive and dynamic shape. All brand materials were developed using layers to aloud you to travel trough the property enjoying its unique attributes.
