Pjele’s Phonograph is a picture book and a small set of metal works of a tale of tale. The little boy, Pjele, found a phonograph and recorded a story from an automaton. In the story the automaton man told him, another little boy was bullied in school but rescued by his grandmother's magic quilt.

II. Metal Works
I made a brooch and a string stool for the old lady in the story as mementos of her grandson. I transferred images of the little boy to paper clay by toluene and use aluminium plate, piano wire and brass to make the work.
