The vision for this project is to create a preliminary proposal for a sustainable, zero energy, mixed use, compact dwelling project while integrating social, functional, spatial and technical parameters in a holistically functioning design. The project is focus on creating a compact residential complex while enriching qualities for the life of the inhabitants and the natural biodiversity in the area.
