We were asked to add to Fresh Youth Academy's flexibility and support its youths, given upcoming organisation changes. The hub would need to be able to accommodate other youth services such as Youth Offending Services or drug counselling, and be closed for a period of time while the area is redeveloped. We devised a system of freestanding partitioning which would allow for several configurations while also acting as storage for soft seats. These soft seats would, by means of NFC tags, be curated to spark youth's interest in a number of pursuits and activities such as sport, art, music and more.
