Mighty Thredz Creative Agency (MTCA) requested the development of pillar posters for 

their office. 

The four pillars they emphasize are Connect, Create, Innovate, 

and Hustle. 

These are their steps for creating a design for their clients. 

Connect: 

Empathy, Relationship, 

Culture, Family. 

Using the Earth as a representation of the idea that we all come from the same place. The illuminating lights provide a dramatic depiction of energies converging in 

one place. 

Create:

Design, Produce, Artistic. 

Most creative minds need to look within themselves to find inspiration. Usually they would need to take time alone to bring out their 

inner creativity. 

The lone person is gaining insight by searching within him or herself. 

Hustle: 

Entrepreneur, Outliers, Business. 

A desire to conquer the big cities. New York, San Francisco, 

and Los Angeles. 

The blue daggered lines represent an aggressive takeover of these cities. Ending with a blue circle, a symbol of fulfillment and peace.  

Innovate: 

Creative Solutions, 

Outside the Box. 

This pillar is represented by a person walking on railroad tracks over a city street. 

The city street is a represention of casual pedestrians. By taking a different path, you may 

discover something that no one had thought of before.
