Gourmet Tuyo | Food Photography

"Tuyo" refers to salted dried fish (usually herring); this is also known as stock fish in some countries. In the Philippines, tuyo is considered as a poor mans food because of its cheap price – however, there's a "Gourmet Tuyo (dried fish)" that you could buy for only P200+. Quite expensive as it sounds but I think it's a nice concept for a business
in exporting local products from Philippines :)

If you guys are planning to make this as part of your growing business. The ingredients are olive oil, sliced olives, garlic, some chili and of course TUYO (dried fish). Just don't forget that the PRESENTATION of the product makes a huge part of the business, so be CREATIVE! That's all, thank you! Hue hue hue
