A speculative design for a West Ham kit and crest.

The proposed crest uses the design of the Olympic Stadium (now London Stadium) in the same way that the incumbent used the "Boleyn Castle" motif. The hammers break the shield shape to give the crest a sense of energy, while the club's name is separate from the shield so that it can be kept at a more readable size in other lockups on smaller scales.
