Oriflame's 'basics' bodycare and handcare range needed updating and more importantly needed to start meaning something to its consumers - other than great value. It couldn't start to cannibalise any of the other more premium skincare ranges in the portfolio so we based the positioning and design for a basics range on a basic emotion – and everyone was happy.
