MIDNIGHT MONOLOGUES
is an English Poetry and Short Stories book written by Charissa Ong Ty over the course of two years.
The book is sectioned into 4 parts to portray the process of closure for a person who has been through a rough patch.

The connotation behind the book title is that the author often writes her stories in the middle of the night or in the wee hours in the morning. She would then recite them quietly in her room, creating scenarios and conversations that follow a specific rhythm and rhyme.
