This was the first portrait I made constructed from words. I started it with a very loose idea that I wanted to make a dimensional face out of song lyrics. My first experiments came out very flat and graphic like, eventually I found a way to get the effect I was looking for though. This piece opened up lots of new ideas and possibilities for me.
