the Valley - next picture in the series of Summer Tales. This personal project started as a story told in pictures.
In this work I created landscape inspired by Val d'Orcia Tuscany (Italy). Design is entirely vector graphics.
Both sides of the picture hold symbolic meaning: Left side is night and death (as cypress was often planted in cemeteries in ancient Rome and later), right side is day and life with lonely building and patches of fields. In the middle is the city that stays in between the two sides of life.
