Milk Clay at the exhibition Milk Lab, Paris. Ten reknowned designers were invited to reinvent uses of milk.
Milk Clay amongst the selected student projects.

Composed only of milk, Milk Clay is a substance that's not only edible but also nutritious and biodegradable. Fabricated using a traditional technique of Indian cuisine, it resembles and behaves like play-doh, and could serve as a great replacement, allowing children to play with their food.

Milk Clay was my final project for Marc Bretillot's amazing food design class that I took during my exchange semester at ESAD de Reims, in France.

This project got selected for the exhibition Milk Lab in Paris, where ten renowned food and product designers from the UK and Europe were invited to reinvent ways of using milk. For more about the exhibiton, visit Disegno Daily or Wallpaper.
