The project received the inspireli award 2017.
Concept: One of the main tasks - creation of favorable environment for living, to achieve maximum energy efficiency. It was created as a result of the tunnels. The underground part is designed for cars, and the ground for cyclists and walkers, thus serves as a link between all sectors. Excavated earth from the tunnels used for the construction of space for recreation.
House consists of three different units, and at the expense of the central-block connectors can camber out a different shape of the building blocks and the swap or replace them. The absence of the first floor provides an unobstructed walking and cycling link.
