This illustration was done for NIP Magazine, an online magazine based in Florence whose focus is landscape architecture, urban contemporary development, bottom-up city design and more. They had a call for artists to design one of their issues cover, the title was Magenta: a landscape literature. The only color allowed in the artwork was magenta and its shades, the title was based on the CMYK printing method as opposed to the RGB used for colors on screens, they wanted to make a point about the spread of online publishing versus actual printing. The theme was the importance of communication interaction and exchange as values to create and nourish the city spaces. Here is my take on it, thank you.
