La primera es una de las ilustraciones que se hicieron en memoria del Día mundial del Autismo, el 2 de Abril. En ella se puede ver de forma simbólica las manos de unos padres que se comunican con su hijo autista. Como todo, la ilustración tiene una anécdota. En el proceso de recopilar información me topé con una familia cuya hija pequeña, de unos 6 años era autista. Casi no se relacionaba con sus padres, pero una de las maneras era mediante juegos. Uno de estos era que cada vez que la niña tocaba algo que no le gustaba y le ponía nerviosa, iba corriendo a buscar a su madre y ambas se tocaban la nariz, hecho que tranquilizaba a la niña. Era como decirle que podía estar tranquila, que ellos la estaban cuidando. Es por ello que quise representar esta anécdota mediante una ilustración muy colorida que tiende a un estilo mínima.
La segunda ilustración, también tiene como tema central el Autismo. En esta se quiso simbolizar cómo se siente un niño autista frente al mundo que le rodea.
This is one of the illustrations that were made in memory of World Autism Day , April 2 . It can be seen symbolically hands of parents communicating with their autistic child. Like everything, the picture has a story . In the process of gathering information I came upon a family whose young daughter was about 6 years autistic. It almost did not relate to their parents, but one of the ways was through games . One of these was that every time the girl touched something he did not like and I was nervous , was running to fetch his mother and touched both the nose , wing girl reassuring fact . It was like saying I could be calm , that they were watching them . That is why I wanted to represent this story through a very colorful illustration tending to a minimal style.
The second illustration, also has as its central theme autism. This was intended to symbolize how an autistic child sit in front of the world around him.
