This project consisted of making foam models and a "wizard of oz" style tech pack.
"wizard of oz" - The LED's are in the model but the buzzer and controls are external to the model allowing the designer to plug the controller into any model and testing the unit.
The end result is a stud finder with a good control mapping and visibility while remaining fairly minimalist.

the models tested are foam models, these pictured above are cad rendered copys
The instruction manual can be found online by typing in a address or using a QR code both of which will be printed onto the back of the stud finder.
