All these paintings were done in about two to three hours each, on site, in the open air !  They are all 7.25" x 9.25" on 140lb. cold press paper.

Looking north-east across Hamilton Harbour from the back of Dundurn Castle towards the Niagara Escarpment in Burlington.  I tagged along with the Burlington Art Centre's Plein Air Painting Group.
This is complete, as I have darkened the highlights on the tree branches, and removed the blue masking tape.

The harbour and salt mine in Goderich, Ontario, from the lookout on highway twenty-one.  Completed in two and a half hours on site.

The beach on Lake Huron, looking south across the Nine Mile River, at Port Albert, Ontario.
The fog came in as I completed the sky, so I packed up and completed the rest of this painting in the restaurant at the Port Albert Inn.

Paletta Mansion in Burlington, Ontario.   This was completed in two and a half hours as well.
