A few km's off the Georgian Military Highway near Kasbegi, the Sno Valley takes you 15km through Khevsurs villages & pastureland until you emerge at the small settlement of Juta.  My attempt to reach Mt Chaukhi was thwarted by a snowstorm, but at least I could a coffee with this man, Osso.
