      THE FORGOTTEN    PLATES 
The forgotten plates: This is a collection of agar plates used to grow microorganisms in the laboratory, but a collection of the ones that have been forgotten in the desk, in the refrigerator, or in the incubation room. Agar that has lost all of it´s humidity, and all that is left behind is the dry bacteria colonies, their dried dead cells and the salts that once were part of the media, like some kind of fossils. Or the plates that have been colonized by invaders, organism that should not being there, and have seen an opportunity that is nevertheless destined to dead, confined in the plate plastic walls. Maybe the left behinds of unsuccesful experiments. But that will have a second chance as a reminder  that there is beauty in dead, in failure...
