This piece was actually created a while back. It originally started as a digital brochure, but evolved into a printed brochure. The subject matter is actually VERY interesting! There are some old historical buildings downtown in Decatur, Alabama. The building was originally constructed in 1924 and they are now being remodeled into luxury loft apartments. I had a lot of fun designing the brochure. The design and internal layouts compliment the contemporary aspect of the loft's logo. This is one of my favorite projects. It involved layout design, map illustration, and photo treatment. Enjoy!
