During these week of workshop we have to improve the image of brand Trenord in people's minds especially during Expo 2015 in Milan. Team: Elena Piccinini, Federica Conversano, Giacomo Drudi e Matteo Leone.

We create a communication campaign around the concept of waiting Expo 2015. The pay off is "The best is yet to come". Trenord tries hard to improve itself through a new and simple dialogue to its clients especially in the everyday life togheter towards Expo2015. It follows you and the wind of change for improving itself and your experience.
Our team decides to create a simple concept about the waiting of Trenord's clients. For us Trenord should be more responsive through information to enquire about the waiting, technical problems and state of train through a real-time application. 
Not only about problems but also about services and the best practice to live the common place of the trains. 
For example which wagon has more space or free seats, if there are spaces dedicated to bycicles, pram o wheelchair, which stop the train is...
