Versus es una tipografía unicase para títulos y textos cortos, inspirada en la Lucha Libre chilena. Se concibe como “La Knockout Chilena”, de la cual se referencia, combinándola con gestos tipográficos latinoamericanos. Sus múltiples glifos alternativos, ligaduras, pesos y anchos, entregan flexibilidad y atractivo visual al diagramar bloques de información.
Como la Lucha Libre chilena, Versus tiene personalidad, carisma e impacto, y es diversión garantizada para toda la familia.
Versus fue desarrollada durante el Diplomado de Tipografía & Lettering de la Universidad de Chile S1 2016, y su versión beta actualmente cuenta con 8 pesos, desde Ultra Light hasta Ultra Black Extended.

Versus is a unicase font family for short texts and titles, inspired by chilean wrestling. It wants to be the chilean version of the Knockout family, combining its strength with latin american typographic gestures. Its many alternate glyphs, ligatures, weights and widths give the designer versatility and room for fun.
And, as chilean wrestling, Versus has personality, charisma and attitude, and it guaranteed fun for all family :)
Versus was developed during the Typography & Lettering Diploma from Universidad de Chile S1 2016, and the current beta version has 8 weights, from Ultra Light to Extra Black Extended.
