In 2017, MYC Developments announced the opening of Worldwide Business Center (WBC) at Atasehir, a well-known commercial district of Istanbul. WBC, with its unique signature on business life, offers both stylish and sustainable design from impressive interior fixtures to floor gardens. The building consists of 16,260 sqm offices, 6,058 sqm of retail and leisure area distributed on 19 floors. With its modern lines, WBC is an important landmark in Istanbul’s business life.
The ground floor and the entrance lobby which is formed around the property intends to be a sumptuous space to welcome the flow of the commercial activity of the adjacent streets. The lobby with its luminosity and unique lines allows forming a strong connection between interior and exterior. The bold expression of entrance space is formed by such elements as custom designed brass walls, book-matched marble flooring, natural wood veneer wall cladding, and geometrically layered gypsum ceilings. Reflective materials intend to bring a unique identity to the different areas within the building.
