Facebook Redesign Concept
There's just a whole lot going on here, but i'm only going to focus on the profile pages.
The difference between here and the homepage is that as opposed to having everthing at your fingertips everthing is just out of reach.

My idea was to sort of simplify the experience into a more full screen responsive format. I haven't fully figured out where i'd like to place things yet so this is only a proof of concept. I still need to figure out where I want major features like the messenger to go and smaller but still important features like friends tabs and such. It's never a simple process redesigning a webpage and bringing forth old content as well as adding new.
Notification view (expandable bar depending on how much you want to see at once).
Adding a little personality to your own page adding some accents to things like your information pane and profile icons
