The strategy proposes the modification of the subsidiary plan of a small municipality on the island of Ibiza, Sant Joan Labritja, rural municipality and small size. A previous study of the municipality shows its linear form linked to the road to the coast, as well as growth from the church, and a clear hierarchy of zones from the pavement. It also shows the need for new facilities to meet the current needs of the municipality. The proposal presents a linear growth of Sant Joan, with low-rise buildings and courtyards always related, following the way to build not only the municipality historical if not the island in general. There is an implementation of hierarchy of streets through existing pavements, which are embodied with local stone. The houses will be finished in white as is typical throughout the island.
