Este projecto é uma união entre a arte secular do Junco de Alcobaça e o Design contemporâneo.
Partindo da ideia das cestas em junco que as nossas avós e mães utilizavam para levar à praça e serviam de transporte para todo o tipo de bens alimentares.
Um carrinho de compras é uma forma prática de manter a tradição e de manter as funções das cestas originais com a vantagem de ser um transporte mais robusto, com rodas, logo mais prático de utilizar.
O carrinho contém uma aba para facilitar a colocação dos produtos e é forrado a tecido para omitir a estrutura sólida no seu interior.
Vencedor de uma Menção Honrosa no concurso promovido pela Coz’Art e exposto na exposição “Junco” no Museu do Vinho em Alcobaça.

This project is a bond between the secular art of Junco of Alcobaça and the contemporary Design.
Starting from the idea of the baskets in reed that our grandmothers and mothers used to take to the square and they served of transport for all type of alimentary goods.
A shopping cart is a practical way of maintaining this tradition and the functions of the original baskets with the advantage of being a more robust transport, with wheels, so more practical to use.
The cart contains a flap for easy placement of the products and is lined with fabric to hide the solid structure inside.
Winner of an Honorable Mention in the competition promoted by Coz'Art and exhibited at the exhibition "Junco" at the Wine Museum in Alcobaça.
