ISTD Competition Brief: Propose a new typographic identity for the museum that includes print, screen and environmental applications (including logo and signage), together with typographic guidelines that reinforce the value and power of design. The museum is relocating to the former Commonwealth Institute building in Kensington, London.

My approach to this brief was to convey the contemporary, new and modern look of the museum. Using bright, bold colours but keeping it mature and professional. Trying to appeal to both current and new audiences. The logo takes shapes forming the letters D and M, I also wanted it to relate to the roof of the building in some aspects because this is quite a noticeable part of the new building.
