The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat

The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat is a book written by neurologist Oliver Sacks. The book chronicles case histories of Sacks' patients, the title coming from a case study of a man with visual agnosia. The article was designed to resemble a doctor's case study, with imagery inspired by old medical illustrations from Thomas Geminus, Godefridus Govert Bidloo, and Gerard de Lairesse.
