Game Artwork
by Joshua McGrew
Recently, I've decided to try my hand at melding two of my favorite hobbies - board games and artwork.  A torrential outpouring of ideas occurred and as of yet I have three separate games in production with a number of others in the initial design stage.

I've posted some of the artwork, as well as links to the actual site I'm designing them at below!
COGThe first of the games that I've been working on is set in a Steampunk world.  Players race to construct Machines that will allow them to be the first to reach the legendary treasure trove of COG.

 Flushed
The second game in production is about getting Relief.  In Flushed, players collect poop in order to steal the Throne and become the Grand Poopoo.

Squidgets 8 Digits

A cooperative game where you play as one of six different tentacled characters.

Polliwog

A children's game where you play as a frog on an ever expanding map.  Collect as many flies as you can!

 Steam Toads: Globe Hoppers
Globe Hoppers is the first of the games in the Steam Toads universe.  In it, players build machines to move forwards, sabotage their opponents, gain bonuses - anything to be the first to circle the globe!  Let the race begin!

 Steam Toads: Zeppelin Zaniness
Steam Toads takes to the sky in Zeppelin Zaniness.  Test your skills in aerial combat using a zeppelin and biplane.  Be the last Toad standing to take the title of Toad Ace!

 Flutterby
Help Flutterby by matching colors.  This game was designed for tween girls - thus the lovely and vivid coloring ;)

 DUNG
Rush to be the first to uncover the vaunted treasures of the backyard!  In Dung, play as one of four unique dung beetles seeking to make their fortune by exploring the yard in search of dung.  Battle insects, encounter hair raising events, and even tunnel into Piles of Dung in search of victory!

The Sidhee

In this game, players play as the Fae Queen of one of the four Seasons: Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall.  Players attempted to have their Season be the dominant by collecting Season Crystals.

Primary mechanics of the game: Worker Placement and Bidding.
