Moti Tower is a holistic living structure that utilizes movement to create opportunities for new environments that are not seen in the traditional tower fabric. Based on daily and weekly cycles the shape of the tower transforms to create a new community atmosphere and maintain occupation of spaces at their peak hours of activity. The spaces are organized based on occupancy and shift on a track system to create the optimal layout for that hour and day. This allows for a wide range of community atmospheres within a single tower, opposed to an entire city.
