It is often that we emphasize the benefits that modern technology gives us, however is increasing the number of users who are isolated and content with the visual and remote contact instead of face to face contact; children are a major affected group, since they are faced with this reality early on, creating virtual habits that prevent them by living realities outside their homes, with friends and family. Based on this idea, a new concept was created to make kids leave their homes and drop their electronic devices, exploring the cities of Portugal, beginning in which they reside; to this end, the brand Saler emerged, having at its availability products that support an outdoor behavior in all cities of the country, along with scripts and activities related to the realities and experiences of each location.
Saler recalls that everyone can be an explorer, even in the very city where they live, cause we not always enjoy fully what the city has to offer.

AVEIRO reminds us top quality maritime SALT, so traditional in this city. In Latin, the name for salt is SALE. The concept we stand focuses on leaving home, this is SALIR (that in spanish means go out), explore. Result of all these designations, the name of our brand is SALER.
Saler, as well as being represented in the city of Aveiro, for which the three products of our college work were developed, is also dispersed throughout the cities of all the country; we are given as examples the logos developed for the cities of Porto and Lisbon, each represented by an icon of the city: Tower of Clérigos and 25th of April Bridge, respectively.
There's the Standard Manual of the brand down below.
There's the Specification of the backpack down below.
