Toronto International Film Festival is a publicly attended film festival held each September in Toronto, Canada.
The project involved the production of an effective, creative, and memorable poster design. The visual for the poster had to be either metaphorical, aesthetic, or provocative.
The visual on the poster is an eye which has added pupils to resemble a film reel (film reels are still used by the majority of theaters). Each poster was made to be minimal and has only 1 color plus black. Overall the posters shows metaphorical, aesthetic, and provocative traits.
