Starting from the assumption that everyone perceives its own ideal city in a different way, is it possible to somehow create a common ground? What affects our sense of belonging to a place? And what do we call an ideal city in our contemporary society? These are the main questions this project tries to answer through a participatory practice which took place in May 2015 at ISIA, in Urbino. During the event people were asked to write their own laws of the ideal city and to post them on the wall. All these contributes were collected and printed in a book, as a first imaginary statute of the ideal city. Besides developing the concept, the team also designed the visual identity.
