Sweet Revenge—Klytos

The Idea:
I chose Clytemnestra as my focused inspiration for Sweet Revenge as I believe her story of vengeance was one of the prominent ones I’ve read in many Greek mythologies. Her revenge was well planned and executed swiftly and successfuly. Even though Clytemnestra had no advance notice about Cassandra, the deceit & betrayal involved in scarificing their daughter Iphigenia were sufficient motives to murder him.

I thought of what could be the most common reason for people in today’s context to take revenge and from my research, the most commonly seen is against cheating in relationships. Similar to Clytemnestra, getting cheated on is full of deceit and betrayal too.

I picked out the main elements of the execution of revenge, which was taken place in the bath tub. Thus, I would be creating an underground online store that provides skin and hair care products which will help females take their sweet revenge. The soaps will look like ordinary soaps so as not to create any suspicion to the men using it, as they will not know that the soaps are not regular soaps. The soaps have ingredients to cause harm when the men uses them; inflicting pain and suffering upon them. Clytemnestra used a net to trap Agamemnon and stabbed him with an axe. These are translated into the branding of the soaps.

How It Works:

Since it is a underground service, this store will not be found on the internet nor will it have a store location. Females can purchase this via email and we will promote the service on forums where they talk about their cheating experiences or asking people for advice on their broken relationship.

Choose from a selected range of skin and hair care products to give boyfriends or husbands. The products are according to level of brutalness. The buyer can choose which product goes in the gift box before we send it over to the cheater’s house.

Revenge is more satisfying if enacted when unexpected or long feared. This service aim to humiliate, mock, punish and torture these unfaithful men when they are most vulnerable—in the shower.
