Hotel Centro is based so it can provide needs for up to 100 guests, satisfying regulations (standards) for “ B “ category hotel ****. With its height of 25 meters and expressed massive traditional Mexican architecture gives the square new sophisticated look imbued with modern architecture while not violating dominate figure of cathedral Asunsion de Maria Santisima.

Hotels form itself derived from functional requests which were stated in basic program. At first sight it represents classy modification of old buildings surrounding it.

Its organization of functions is divided horizontally by each group.Technical rooms are in the basement while the social rooms are located on the ground and first floor (lobby, reception, and restaurant). Typical floors extend from second to sixth story, while the apartments are located on the seventh.

Hotel rooms are suitable to modifications. It is possible turning single into double bedrooms and contrary, because of universal area of 20 m2.

Apartments are situated on the seventh floor which is 60 cm extended to the square from basic dimensions along with the restaurant floor which represents the plain area in which the hotel is located.

On the rooftop (eight floor) there is presidential suite of 80 m2, which can be transformed into two comfortable apartments. On the opposite side of the floor there is a lap pool a long side a snack bar and very spacious terrace from which the guests can see the whole square.
The most attractive place on the inside of the hotel is the atrium. It provides the breath of fresh air in hot weather conditions with its waterfall and rich flora. The fern which extends along hotels elevations is very important figure in today's green architecture.
Materialization of hotels elevations is mixture of traditional and modern architecture combined together with massive structures and glass elevations.
Besides glass, big areas are filled with massive yellow stones and wooden parts on which the fern is grown.
Hotel Centro 2010 is designed for the middle class tourists who are interested in knowing South America and its tradition.
