1. THE GLASS
Select a clean dry branded glass. Grab hold of the glass firmly,
and put your finger on the Harp.
2. 45° DEGREES
Angle the glass 45° degrees and keep a nice and smooth flow.
Straighten up the glass as the beer fills it up.
3. SETTLE
When the beer fills up 3/4 of the glass, stop the flow and let it settle.
This will form a wonderful and creamy head.
4. TOP IT OFF
When it have settled, keep the glass straight and
allow the Guinness to flow in nice and slowly.
5. A PERFECT PINT
Get the creamy head. Bring your lips to the beer, and not the beer to your lips.
