I am a runner, and the TinkerBell Half Marathon holds a special place in my heart since it is a) an incredibly fun event and b) the first half marathon I ever attempted and completed.

 

This was a student project at SMC. The parameters were to pick any real event occurring in Southern California and design an 11x17 inch poster to promote the event in any medium. I used Adobe Illustrator to illustrate and design this piece.
