As you may be aware, our times are getting darker. All the more reason to get out those reflective trouser bands, don a reasonable helmet and clip on those lights when you’re on your bike. It’s the only way for you to keep the dark side at bay, as the nice people at BFU explained to me in the briefing for this piece. Well, I can’t argue with them. And since my hairline is receding fast, there’s not much hairdo to ruin by a helmet anymore.
