While I'm not a foodie, I do eat everyday of my life. Your nose is the first way that you taste your food without having to take a bite. I then came up with this initial sketch, but later on when I was looking at it, I noticed that the fragrance lines didn't feel like frangrance, it felt more like snot and boogers, which is not the same as smelling food.

I wanted all of the frangrances to resemble getting sucked into a vaccum (your nose). I was also thinking about what kind of colors I could use to represent the food. at the time I was thinking about the significance of how appetising food smells and I was thinking about more of a Mexican food palatte.

Colors of Smell

In this project, I was initially just inspired by my nose and the sensory experience of smelling food.
