The Slow Toaster

In the rush of everyday city life, the act of making a toast; and having breakfast is usually taken for granted - one just wants to get the toast done, as soon as possible. This concept aims to encourage one to take a step back from the usual hecticness of life, to sit back and enjoy the process of toasting in a visually appealing and rejuvenating way. As one waits 5 minutes for his toast to be done, he puts into practice 5 minutes of mindfulness and being conscious and aware of the time passed.

To be used at relaxing cafes and hotel lounges, The Slow Toaster is targeted as an experience of being mindful of life and appreciating food.
