The Client
Voipscan is a new telecom start-up aiming to provide affordable calls for their clients. The focus is on the people who live apart from each other, in the areas with barely no internet coverage and people who can’t always afford expensive international calls to keep in touch.

The Objective
Create a fun and playful brand identity and a website that is friendly and clearly explains the set-up process and its benefits, whilst offering our clients a smooth online experience.

The Solution
Affordable doesn’t mean cheap or dull. Through a fun use of colors and visual elements the brand awakens curiosity and invites people to stay connected. The entire Voipscan website ensures a cohesive, enjoyable user experience from start to finish.
At a high level, I was working on all kinds of things every website needs to perform well: accessibility, usability, defining flow questions and answering those questions, such as; what happens when a user wants to learn more about prices? Would they like to compare us to other providers? This allows greater insight into the customers and business objectives. Conversion optimization plays a great role and that is why paying attention to smaller details is very important. Making sure that buttons are clear and eye-catching; using familiar, consistent elements in navigation across the site; building a calculator so the most important things such as 'price and subscribe button' are centre focus.
