Enter an alternate reality where the abysmal living conditions of 1980's Victorian London never improved. The queen made the decision to construct a wall around the city, and abandon it for a new capital elsewhere. Ten years later, we follow the story of a young street urchin named Edwin struggling to survive in the harsh conditions of the decaying city. He soon meets an ominously peculiar, stout businessman calling himself Mr. Divvle who claims to know the secrets of the city's demise. Fully illustrated and written in AABB rhyme.
