Amsterdam Girls
Hotel Entrepreneur “City ID Group’ wants to dress their new Hotel, based at the Amsterdam Zuidas, with photographic art inspired by the city.
So we came up with the idea to show the city’s finest. The bold, independent and most of all stunning Girls of Amsterdam.
First we started scouting the city for beautiful and original backgrounds. While at the same time we kept our eyes out for special moments between the real girls of the city.
With the backgrounds and actions in mind, we had art director Annemiek Klein to sketch out the concept of the images.
The crew and us took the most traditional Amsterdam transportation, the bike. We cycled through the city from location to location, with all the equipement in a cargo bike.
Below you will find three of the location scout photo's and sketches used to create some of the images above.
The total series will contain 30 art pieces.
