I created this low poly piece as a tribute to J.Cole who has inspired me through his music, both the sound and written word. His songs "Be Free", "Love Yourz", "Apparently", "Crooked Smile", and "Lost Ones", along with several other tracks are a few of my favourites as they dig deep to remind the listener of what truly matters in life - family, equality, love, and the self in it's most vulnerable form. J.Cole inspires me to be real, to fight through struggle, to fight for the voice of others, and to chase visions until they transform into what I have dreamt. The golden edging is meant to look as though he is glowing, a beacon of light shining outwards, ultimately symbolizing his virtuous and celestial soul.
