A trio of cover designs I produced for the 2016 Penguin Design Awards, I was only able to submit one design for the actual competition (in the adult fiction category) but I worked up a couple more into finished pieces as a sort of personal project. I was initially wary of the subject matter as A Clockwork Orange already has a strong visual identity attached to it from the 1971 film adaption by Stanley Kubrick. None-the-less the novel is a richly detailed work of fiction and there are more ways that one to represent the themes, events and motives present in the book.
