In 2014, local estate agency Doolittle & Dalley approached us, looking to overhaul their brand after 125 years in business, with a largely unchanged identity and undefined brand. Naturally, this brief presented us with a range of challenges both visually and commercially.
Working closely with their team, we developed a refreshed brand to bring them into the modern age, and help attract a new younger client base in an increasingly competitive Estate Agent market.
Working closely with them, we helped to refine their positioning and define their values. This ultimately informed the overall visual identity we created for them, alongside the tone of voice developed and communication tools we designed.
