Sofia Clothing Co.
Sofia may not be known by a many people,
but her legacy and name is still embroidered
across the hearts of many. Sofia worked as
a seamstress during the Second World War
when fabric rationing limited the amount of
material that could be used to make clothes.
In Paris glamour was still alive and women
were still stylish, thanks to clothes created
using odd and unusual materials or recycling
old ones. One of them was Sofia.
The memory of Sofia and her odd approach
became the inspiration for the graphic identity
as well as the creation of the first collection.
To further honor the process and launching
the brand, the collection is accompanied by
a process/collection catalog.
