With the Dream Cafe Menu, I wanted the viewer to feel like they were being led through a dream; I wanted to capture that ethereal somethingness of dreaming. This led me to create photographic notecards in which the dream changes as the viewer peruses each course of the meal. The information is printed on the back of each notecard, with a preview of the next dream to come.
